Stephanie Ferrara, founder and head designer of Laidback Lee Design, lives and breathes design. Her Sydney-based high-end commercial and residential design studio focuses on reinventing spaces into something beautiful, dynamic, and polished. Stephanie’s design philosophy is one that tells the story of passion and like-mindedness – “we as a creative design studio value artistic skill and execution,” she says – and that is what she looks for when bringing on board new team members.

Stephanie has a Bachelor of Design Majoring in Spatial and Graphic design at UNSW Art + Design. She has worked for some of the country’s leading Designers before taken on her best project yet, her design studio.

Stephanie has a passion for sustainable design and loves shopping locally where she can! The team at Laidback Lee Design share her core values and interests, meaning the collaborative studio is and always will be filled with a team of likeminded designers and people who are all equipped to help clients in the best way they know how!

Interior Designer + Assistant

Taylor is a dedicated Interior Designer with a genuine passion for creating unique and exceptional spaces. Taylor has completed her Advanced Diploma of Interior Design at Sydney Design School and and has been using all her knowledge learnt at Laidback Lee Design. She brings a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise to each project she undertakes.

Working closely alongside Stephanie, Taylor is dedicated at transforming our clients' visions into reality. Whether it's assisting in the arrangement of spaces, staying updated on the latest design trends, or offering valuable insights, Taylor’s aim is to consistently exceed expectations with every project we take on.
